Hope for Burundi

Me?

Yes, YOU! We need YOU to help us build a school in Mufumya (Kayanza)! We can't do it alone, and we'd love to see our financial goal of $87,518 met by the time our next team heads out to Burundi again this summer. We would love for that team to be able to visit the village of Mufumya knowing that the dream of a new, proper school building would soon be a reality for that community.

Do you currently sponsor a child in the Kayanza region? If so, there's a good change your sponsored child is attending school in a building that is crumbling, cramped and ill-equipped to handle the growing number of children who are now able to attend school regularly (yay!), thanks in part to sponsors like you! It's amazing that so many children are being sponsored and are now able to attend school, but we'd love to help provide them with a productive study space, classrooms that are large enough for all the children to sit, and where the ratio of students to teachers isn't grossly disproportionate. Wouldn't you?

We need to raise another $31,618 in order to reach our goal. It's a lot of money, but every donation makes a difference, and we hope that you'll consider helping us make this dream a reality for the children in Mufumya.
